Jez has been in the finance industry for 28 years as a paraplanner, office manager and administrator. Having worked previously with Chris Bibb, Jez spent 12 years in investment banking working with UK Residuals and Bearer Bonds, before joining back up with Chris in 2018.
Jez is responsible for annual reviews and is the office-based member of the Chris Bibb Team.

At home
Jez is Bournemouth born and lives with his wife and three children. He is a staunch AFC Bournemouth supporter.
When he is not supporting The Cherries, Jez runs nine youth football teams for Phoenix Youth FC in Dorset, is a Make-A-Wish Volunteer and a published author of four fiction books called The Cure Series. Jez is also an advocate for Childhood Cancer Awareness.
