Sunday 26th October 2025 marks National Pension Tracing Day, a day dedicated to helping people across the UK find and reclaim lost pensions. 

Their mission is simple: to help you find the pensions you’ve earned but may have forgotten. 

Billions in Lost Pensions 

Since 2018, the number of lost pension pots has jumped by 75%, showing that the problem is growing rapidly. It’s estimated that there are now around 3.3 million lost or forgotten pension pots in the UK, worth an average of £9,500 each, that’s a staggering £31.1 billion in total. 

In the current financial climate, saving for retirement might feel like a luxury. But there could be money already out there with your name on it, money that could make a real difference to your future.
