Allan has been working in the financial services sector since 1992 and, after several years holding down senior positions at the Halifax Building Society, became a Financial Adviser in 1999. He now specialises in investment management, particularly trustee investments and pensions.
Allan was recently awarded the Personal Finance Society’s Retirement and Later Life Specialist of the Year. There is no higher accolade than being recognised as a personal finance award winner by your professional body. Award winners and finalists act as ambassadors for our profession, and we’re proud to have Allan as part of our team.

At home
Allan is married with two children and enjoys spending as much time as he can with the family.
He’s also a huge rugby fan and tries to watch England play an away game in the Six Nations every year.
