The judges were particularly impressed by our average adviser age of 44, demonstrating a strong balance of experience and fresh perspectives. They also highlighted our Net Promoter Score (NPS) of over 90, showcasing the trust and satisfaction of our valued clients. Furthermore, they recognised our efforts in nurturing and launching the next generation of financial advisers into the profession.

We are incredibly proud to be recognised not just for our achievements today, but also for the steps we are taking to develop the future of financial advice.

Individual Excellence Recognised

In addition to our firm’s success, we are thrilled to celebrate two of our outstanding team members. Jez Horgan was shortlisted for Administrator of the Year, a well-deserved recognition of his dedication and expertise. Jordan Cruse was shortlisted for Young Achiever of the Year, acknowledging his exceptional contributions to the firm and including holding the title as the UK’s youngest Chartered Financial Planner.
